Michener Art Museum is eager to provide your students with quality, hands-on learning experiences, both at the Museum and in the classroom. In addition, we offer several opportunities for your own continuing education.

  • Art on the Move/Art Speaks…New!!
    A collaborative outreach program between the Michener Art Museum and the Bucks County Intermediate Unit #22 which brings original works of art to your school. Program is currently funded by The Institute of Museums and Library Services.

  • School Tours
    Everything you need to plan a Michener Art Museum tour for your students. Free admission for all school groups through December 31, 2009!

  • Arts Enrichment
    Calling all teachers! Work with the Michener Museum Education Outreach Department to coordinate an arts enrichment program at your school.

  • Arts First Steps: Preschool Outreach Programs
    Preschools will work with museum educators during the year to learn about works of art and engage students in the art making process, balancing classroom visits with visits to the Museum.

  • The Robert V. Nesi Education Scholarship: The Art Education Volunteer Scholarship Program
    Scholarships for art classes, workshops and summer camps are available through the generous support of local sponsors. We welcome scholarship recipients as well as contributors.
