Our eighth annual Adult Student Invitational features works created in our adult classes from December 2025-November 2025. The submitted works come from our Connection Art Studio, Gelli Plate Printmaking, Mixed Media Abstract Art, Simple Bookmaking, Principles of Art Through Drawing, Stained Glass, Watercolor: Beyond the Basics, Watercolor and Pen, Drawing: Applied Art History, Cut Paper Workshop: Inspired by Anila Agha, Acrylic Painting Techniques, Mixed Media Abstract Art, Exploring Light and Shadow Through Drawing, Watercolor Landscapes, and Drag and Draw.
With a wide range of abilities, backgrounds, and experiences, our adult students engage in inspiring classes with changing themes throughout the year. Adult students are given the freedom to dive into their creative sides by using various mediums such as graphite, acrylic, watercolor, pastels, pen and ink, stained glass, collage, printmaking and more.
Our permanent collection and changing exhibitions provide the adult students with ongoing opportunities to learn about various artists, processes, and art history. Our teachers create a positive learning environment by focusing on individualized instruction, the freedom of experimentation with materials, and the development and encouragement of personal style. The artwork on display is a testament to the dedication, ingenuity, and passion for learning shown in each class by our adult students.
